  1. My guess is that this John is son of John Pridmore (1661) and older brother of Benjamin.

    All previous family histories reported John to have died in 1701, perhaps instead he ran off to sea. Indenture at the time was the same as apprenticeship.

    To the best of my knowledge we was the only John Pridmore in the country at the time.
